Digital eBooks
Our eBooks are digital products provided for secure online reading through your account. As access to the content is provided immediately after purchase, eBooks are non-returnable and non-refundable once access has been granted.
However, if you face any genuine technical issue, such as not receiving access to your purchased eBook, please contact us with your order details. Our support team will be happy to assist you.
Physical Products
Physical spiritual products, including malas, yantras and similar items, are carefully packed before dispatch. Returns or replacements are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective or incorrect.
To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number, clear photos or videos of the issue, and an unboxing video where available.
Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for change of mind, personal preference, used products, products damaged after delivery, or items sent back without prior approval.
For approved cases involving a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will arrange a suitable replacement or refund. Return shipping will be free for approved claims.
Guidance Services
Where paid guidance services are offered, eligibility for rescheduling or refund depends on the timing of the request, service completion status and the nature of the concern.
